You Must Be 18 or Older

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one kojka account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. Your account is personal — you cannot share it, transfer it, or allow anyone else to use it on your behalf.

BDT Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on kojka are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit. Kojka does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Bets Are Final Once Confirmed

Once you confirm a bet on kojka, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Always check your selection, stake, and odds before confirming. Kojka is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

Kojka Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kojka platform, accessible at kojka.app and via the kojka mobile application. By registering an account or using any part of the kojka platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use kojka.

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Kojka ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing kojka.app, downloading the kojka app, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the kojka platform, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

Kojka reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of kojka after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the kojka Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kojka.

02. Eligibility

To register and use kojka, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a kojka employee or contractor.
  • You must not be self-excluded from kojka or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.

Kojka reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, kojka may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Age Verification

Kojka takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all transactions reviewed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

03. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active kojka account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering on kojka, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your kojka login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact kojka support immediately. Kojka is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

  • Enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • Never log in to kojka on a shared or public device without logging out afterwards.
  • Notify kojka support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
KYC Verification

Kojka may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kojka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Kojka currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at kojka's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your kojka account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Kojka does not charge fees on standard deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Kojka aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • You must have wagered any deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
  • Kojka reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud or compliance checks.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

Kojka does not accept deposits made with funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. Any deposits suspected to originate from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.

05. Betting Rules

All bets placed on kojka are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game in question, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet on kojka, you confirm that you understand the rules of the event you are betting on and accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

Once a bet is confirmed on kojka, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Always review your selection, stake amount, and odds carefully before confirming. Kojka is not responsible for bets placed in error.

  • Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed before confirmation.
  • Kojka reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.
  • In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, kojka reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
  • Bets on events that are subsequently abandoned or postponed will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, as published on the kojka platform.
  • Live betting odds are updated in real time. Kojka is not responsible for bets placed on odds that have changed between selection and confirmation due to network latency.
Live Betting

During live events on kojka, odds can change rapidly. If your bet is not accepted at the displayed odds due to a market movement, kojka will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept or decline before the bet is placed.

06. Bonuses and Promotions

Kojka offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

  • Bonuses are credited to your kojka account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry dates for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
  • Kojka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

If you have an active bonus balance on kojka, your real-money balance will be used first for bets. Bonus funds will only be used once your real-money balance reaches zero. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met in full.

07. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kojka platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the kojka platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the kojka platform for financial gain.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
  • Using kojka for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to access another player's kojka account without authorisation.
  • Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge that gives you an unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on kojka.
Fraud Detection

Kojka uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

08. Account Suspension and Closure

Kojka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
  • At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

If your kojka account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found, your balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. If you choose to close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be paid out after standard verification checks are completed.

Players who have self-excluded from kojka may not attempt to re-register or access the platform during the self-exclusion period. Any accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and winnings forfeited.

09. Privacy and Data

Kojka collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on kojka, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Kojka will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the kojka service.

Kojka is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kojka's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Kojka is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

12. Changes to These Terms

Kojka may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using kojka and may request account closure. Continued use of the kojka platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
